Ingredients
The bases
Digestive Biscuits (150g)
Oreo Biscuits (8 oreos)
Melted butter RT (60g for each type of base)
The cheese filing
Cream cheese RT (350g)
Sugar (100g)
Eggs RT (2)
Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
All purpose flour (15g)
Sour cream RT (130g)
Sweet chocolate (110g)
Instruction
– Break the digestive biscuits and Oreos into fine texture separately in the mixer.
– Transfer the different biscuits into 2 clear bowls with the melted butter in each and mix each base separately
– Transfer the mixture into the baking cup sheets of 24 (12 each), press into the cups firmly.
– Preheat the oven 285 F (140C)
– In a clear bowl, mix the cream cheese with a mixer and slowly add in the sugar
– Add in the two eggs one by one and mix very well.
– Add in the vanilla extract and lemon juice and flour and mix
– Add in the sour cream and mix avoid any clumps.
– Add half of the mixture into the base 1 (digestive base)
– Melt the chocolate and pour it into the remaining mixture (oreo base)
– Put both base plates in the oven for 25mins then cool completely and put it in the fridge for min. 5 hours
– Decorate as per your liking
