Forever young

Age, as many might quote as, ‘is just a number’ however aging is a concept you believe into. If you’re in Japan and meet your 85 y/o grandparent doing daily exercise in the morning then you would age the way they age. If you’re in the West or the Middle East and meet your 60 y/o grandparents sitting in front of the TV with knee problems, then you believe in that concept of aging.

However, aging doesn’t exist, as Marisa Peer explains, we have three ages:
1– Birth age, an age which is seen on the birth certificate.
2– Biological age, if you’re a 40 y/o runner, your heart will be 30 y/o, your knee might be 50 y/o and since you’re under the sun running your skin might be 60 y/o. Organs age on their own timetable, if you’re active you’ll feel and look younger.
3– The age you feel affects the age of your organs. Happy people tend to have younger organs than sad/depressed people. How you feel affects how you age. You can easily add 30 years to your lifespan by just doing certain things. The most effective way to slow down aging is simply not to believe in it.

We all want to look young, but there’s no point in looking young when you feel old. So use your time wisely or else you lose it.
