Healthy Banana Cupcakes

Ingredients
Oat Flour (1 3/4 cup)
Baking Powder (2 tsp)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
Banana (3 ripe)
Eggs (2 medium)
Coconut Oil (1/2 cup)
Honey (1/4 cup)
Vanilla (1 tsp)


Instructions
– Set the oven to 350 F
– Mix the dry ingredients; Oat flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Salt, Cinnamon
– In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients; Banana (mash it), Eggs, Coconut oil, Honey, Vanilla
– Mix the wet and dry together slowly, then add in the choco chips
– Scoop them evenly on each cupcake baking sheet.
– Let it sit for 20-25 mins in the oven for 350 F
